About Us

The worldwide Society of Kauffman Fellows is headquartered in Palo Alto, California. The Kauffman Fellows Program is administered by the Center for Venture Education, a 501(c)(3) post-graduate educational institution dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation throughout society.

Our founder, Ewing Marion Kauffman, saw enterpreneurship as a kind of life-force that motivates and fulfills individuals while improving society as a whole. With that vision firmly in mind, the team, board, and deans have seen the great success that can be achieved when promising ideas are matched with expert talent and the growth fuel that is risk capital.
