John McIntyre leads the Kauffman Fellows Network, a global community of “smart, connected capital,” comprised of the 437 Kauffman Fellows across 50+ countries. A Fellow himself from Class 18, John also heads the special interest group on accelerators and corporate innovation for Kauffman Fellows.
Prior to joining Kauffman Fellows, John was the Managing Director of the Citrix Startup Accelerator, a global open innovation platform, providing seed funding and partnering with corporations and venture capital firms to deliver the Innovators Program internationally.
John ran the Enterprise Ireland software team in North America and before that co-founded InnerWorkings, a Dublin, Ireland- and Silicon Valley-based company. John spent 13 years at Intel where he helped launch new products and fund early-stage startups with Intel Capital. He has a an electrical engineering degree from Marquette University.
