Kirsten joined Kauffman Fellows in September 2011 and assists in all areas of the Program and Society, from communication strategy to modules to the ongoing needs of Society members. In particular, she works with program faculty in producing module materials and managing the complex logistics of each module, and acting as the glue between the program and Society.
To this role Kirsten brings experience in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as an Executive Assistant to the Sequoia Union High School District’s Chief Business Officer. Before that, she gained eleven years of experience as part of an executive coaching and management consulting firm.
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kirsten graduated cum laude with a BS in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University, East Bay.
Kirsten lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and young daughter. She has a passion for traveling both locally and internationally, loves to be active outdoors, and enjoys finding new places to enjoy a great meal.
