Lisa Skeete Tatum

Lisa co-founded Landit, Inc., a technology platform designed to increase the success and engagement of women in the workplace, and to enable enterprises to attract, develop, and retain high-potential diverse talent. Lisa is also an individual investor and board member for a number of firms and organizations.
Previously, Lisa was a General Partner for 11 years with Cardinal Partners, an early-stage healthcare VC firm in Princeton, NJ. At Cardinal, she focused on investments in healthcare technology and devices, leading the firm’s investments in several sector-leading companies, including AthenaHealth, AllianceCare, AxoGen, Inspired Technologies, IPNI, MitralSolutions, Nexcura, Parkstone, and TechRx.
Prior to joining Cardinal for her Kauffman fellowship (Class 4), Lisa worked for Procter & Gamble in various global and functional roles including product development, purchasing, and product supply. She was also a Managing Director at Circle of Beauty, a health and beauty joint venture startup funded by Sears. In addition, Lisa founded her own consulting firm specializing in strategic operational development for medium-sized consumer products companies.
Lisa earned her BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University, and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She served as a trustee to Cornell University for 8 years, and was the president of the Harvard Business School Alumni board for 7 years.
