Professional

Allison Myers works at the intersection of climate, energy, and technology, as both an investor and an operator. She is Head of Growth & Strategy at HData, a regulatory intelligence platform helping utilities, regulators, and stakeholders navigate an increasingly complex energy policy landscape. Previously, Allison was Co-Founder and General Partner at Buoyant Ventures, an early-stage venture fund investing in digital solutions to climate risk. The fund raised over $80 million with backing from Microsoft, Bank of America, and other strategic LPs. Allison sourced and led investments, served on multiple boards, and worked closely with founders building software for energy, transportation, agriculture, and the built environment. Before launching Buoyant, Allison spent nearly a decade at Accenture Strategy, where she led customer, regulatory, and digital transformation work for large energy and utilities clients. She started her career at a healthcare startup acquired by Walgreens, where she reported to both the startup CEO and Walgreens leadership. Allison is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 29), holds an MBA from Michigan Ross, and serves on the board of Michigan Climate Venture. She grew up in the mountains of rural Colorado and is based in Denver.
