Meet KF 31

Introducing KF 31

Congratulations to the 55 Kauffman Fellows of KF 31. These Fellows have been selected from a competitive pool of candidates to complete a two-year Fellowship, joining a global network of 1,060 of the most connected and influential venture capital leaders.

Explore KF 31’s Bio book below.

Built for Today's Venture Ecosystem

KF 31 reflects what's happening in the VC industry today. As more funds focus on growth or multi-stage VC, the number of Fellows with a growth focus has doubled. Half of KF 31’s firms are operating in the geographies that dominate the VC industry: the Bay Area, NY, and London. This class also brings greater representation from long-standing and established firms.

They also join the program at an exciting time for venture: the AI boom. "KF 31 will be the class shaping the AI economy, born from the rapid adoption of ChatGPT and Claude. They are a class created from the generations that helped define the SaaS industry, built out of the lessons of Salesforce post dot-com crash, or the generations who shaped Web2.0. They know what it means to build through uncertainty. They're ready for this moment and this program," said Fernando Fabre, CEO of Kauffman Fellows.

Together, KF 31 represents the strongest people, places, and firms defining venture capital now.

The Fellowship

Throughout the two-year program, KF 31 will participate in:

• Confidential “under the hood” conversations with world-class industry leaders.
• Curated peer-to-peer small sessions.
• Workshops focused on growth, firm-building, and leadership.
• After graduation, Fellows continue to gain value through the Kauffman Network with access to curated events, special interest groups, and a global network of 1,060 alumni across 65+ countries. This network opens doors to continued learning, co-investment opportunities, and deep professional relationships.

Applications for KF 32 open in October 2026. Learn more about the Fellowship here.
