Mathilde Lyet

Mathilde is an engineer-turned-venture capitalist with over eight years of investment experience backing early-stage software founders across Europe. Trained in industrial engineering and applied mathematics, she brings a combination of technical depth, founder intuition, and genuine curiosity about how technology reshapes industries.

Mathilde is currently a Principal at Dreamcraft Ventures in Copenhagen, where she has led 10 deals from sourcing to closing, taking on board roles and driving portfolio value creation alongside founders in vertical AI, health tech/deep tech, manufacturing and more. Before Dreamcraft, she spent over three years as an Investment Manager at Maersk Growth, the corporate venture arm of A.P. Moller - Maersk, focusing on Supply Chain and Climate Tech, backing companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. She began her investment career at Bpifrance, France's sovereign investment arm, with earlier grounding in investment banking and private equity in Paris.

A strong advocate for gender equality and mental health awareness, Mathilde brings both conviction and empathy to her work with founders. Originally from France and now based in Copenhagen, outside of tech she can be found pursuing her love of outdoor sports, from running and road biking to skiing.
