Professional

Luis Enríquez is a General Partner at Nazca, where he is focused on building one of the leading venture capital platforms in Spanish-speaking Latin America. With over $300 million in assets under management, Nazca combines top-tier performance with a data-driven approach to sourcing and decision-making.

Luis leads initiatives across fundraising, firm strategy, and data/AI, with a particular interest in how capital allocation shapes innovation ecosystems. His primary investment focus is on intellectual property, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, areas he believes will redefine how value is created, captured, and owned. His work centers on designing investment structures that expand access, improve alignment, and enable broader participation in venture outcomes.

Previously, Luis founded and led Cultura Colectiva, one of Latin America’s largest digital media platforms. He now serves as Chairman of the Board. He also founded Bridge Latam, an early-stage venture fund backed by leading regional entrepreneurs, which was later merged with Nazca.
