April Zhou

April Zhou is an investor at Decent Capital, a global evergreen single-family office, where she focuses on venture and fund investments across AI, robotics, and other frontier technologies. She invests with a long-term, thesis-driven orientation, identifying structural inflection points where technological progress converges with real-world demand.

Prior to joining Decent Capital, April spent 17 years at Tencent, where she held director-level roles across gaming, operations, and strategic initiatives. She later worked in cross-border business development at Tencent America, facilitating collaboration between U.S. and Asia-based teams and managing key accounts and portfolio relationships in the U.S.
