Professional

Olga Chumanskaya is Vice President at Khosla Ventures, where she leads the team and infrastructure supporting the firm's portfolio across deep tech, energy, manufacturing, and AI. She joined KV in 2024 as Chief of Staff to Samir Kaul and was promoted to VP in 2025 to build the firm's portfolio operating model.

Olga grew up in a mining town in Russia, which shaped a lasting interest in how things get built - from the ground up and at industrial scale. She has since worked across automotive, energy, and mining in four countries. At Mercedes-Benz Russia, at age 22, she negotiated the $250M Mercedes manufacturing plant, the largest FDI deal of the decade. At Mercedes Headquarters in Stuttgart, she rolled out 7,000+ EV chargers across 35 countries. In Western Australia, she led an early-stage critical minerals venture focused on strengthening Western supply chains. In Japan, she advised the Government on sustainable transportation policy.
