Anastasia Budinskaya is a Principal at NFX, where she invests in early-stage TechBio companies translating breakthrough science into meaningful patient impact, with a focus on women’s health, longevity, neurology, and bio platforms. She brings a distinctive combination of scientific judgment, operating experience, and venture conviction to company creation, partnering closely with founders at the earliest stages to refine scientific and commercial theses, shape strategy, and build durable businesses. Before joining NFX, Anastasia worked across life sciences company building, including clinical and corporate development at LikeMinds and scientific leadership at GE Healthcare, and investing across mental health, MedTech, and breakthrough biology. Trained as a bioengineer and shaped by her experience as a founder-operator and investor, Anastasia is passionate about backing ambitious technical founders building in historically underinvested areas of human health and helping accelerate the path from scientific insight to scalable, patient-reaching products.
