Born and raised in Brazil, Anderson lived in Switzerland and USA, and visited +50 countries. Married to Fernanda, father of Carolina (17) and Rafaela (13), likes to run and pretends to sing rock.

Anderson Thees, co-founder Managing Partner of Redpoint eventures. Anderson Thees was also CEO of Apontador, the leading local search startup in Brazil, and Investment Director at Naspers/MIH, being responsible for the entry of the Internet unit in Latin America. At Naspers, he invested in and served as an executive and board member in leading companies such as Movile/iFood and Buscap. At Redpoint, his team invested in +40 companies, including early stage investments in 4 of the regions first unicorns (Gympass, Creditas, Rappi, and Olist). 

Anderson Thees served as Global Ambassador and Brazil MD of Endeavor, as vice-president of the board of ABVCAP, and board member of BayBrazil, EVCF, and Cubo.
