Andy Will

Andy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. HE holds a BS from The University of Notre Dame, Finance Major. As a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team, he appeared in two final fours and one National Championship. in his personal time, he loves taking on new fitness challenges. Most recently, he completed my first Ironman 70.3.

Andy Will is a founding member of Zeal Capital Partners, spending the last 3.5 years leading investments across the Fintech and Future of Work Categories. Prior to Zeal, he spent 1.5 years as an investor at Listen Ventures, focused on the Fintech and Maternal Health categories. Prior to Listen, Andy spent 1 year as the Head of Trading at TOMS Capital, tasked with leading the equity capital markets portfolio as well as structuring all investments. Andy also liaised with the alternatives team on venture investments. Prior to TOMS, he spent 5 years at JP Morgan trading equity derivatives.
