Ashish holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and London Business School, a MEM with a focus on design thinking from McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, and a BE in Information Science from RVCE, India. In his spare time, Ashish loves understanding how to develop inclusive communities, traveling to new countries, and learning about new technologies.

Ashish is a Partner at Chamaeleon, investing in seed/Series A consumer, vertical SaaS, and crypto startups. Ashish has 18+ years of experience as an operator, entrepreneur, and investor. Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 24).Ashish also sits on the board of NextGen Partners (the largest network of non-GP VCs in the US) and helps expand 256 Network (invite-only GP-LP network) in the US. ????Ashish has led investments in leading companies such as Ziva Dynamics (acquired by Unity) and many other category-defining companies. He previously worked in early-stage investing at Grishin Robotics, one of the first Robotics and AI-focused VC funds. ????Before that, Ashish led M&A and corporate strategy for Opera Software, overseeing transactions worth hundreds of millions globally. Ashish worked in marketing analytics for consumer and enterprise products at Dell. At Yahoo!, he built large-scale enterprise infrastructure for advertising products, led service-engineering teams to design dev-ops systems and architected complex advertising systems. ????Ashish started two companies for the Indian market, one in e-commerce and the other in the social live TV space. He has worked as an investor for OCA Ventures in Chicago. Ashish is an advisor to various startups, VC funds, family offices, and accelerators globally.
