Caroline Lewis

Caroline graduated as a Division 1 field hockey player with an MS in psychology from Davidson College, in Davidson, North Carolina. She then earned an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from Portland State University. She lives in Portland with her husband and daughter and enjoys rafting, beekeeping, and skiing.

Founder of Nura and Managing Partner of Rogue Women's Funds I & II where she continues to lead investments and manage the portfolio. Through these funds and SPVs she has deployed over $25M across 40+ companies in 7 years, achieving multiple exits and returning capital to date. Combining entrepreneurial roots, behavioral psychology, and global operating leadership, she invests in women building enduring companies across health, care, workforce, advanced AI, and dual-use defense.
