Education

I studied at the University of Sheffield, graduating with a BA in Business Management and Social Policy, a degree that shaped how I think about capital allocation, systems change, and the role of business in driving impact. Since then, I’ve continued to build my expertise through professional qualifications, including certifications in Investing in ESG and Investing in Climate with the UK CFA Society.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that’s through weight training, trail walking, half-marathons or the occasional reformer Pilates class. I'm also a fan of travel, learning new cultures and cuisines and expanding my knowledge through documentaries.

Professional

I'm Charlotte Palmer, Vice President at Integra Global Advisors, where I focus on private markets with a strong emphasis on venture capital. Over the past five years, I’ve worked as a limited partner, fund investments across the venture ecosystem.

I began my journey at the British Business Bank, the UK’s largest LP in venture capital, where I had the opportunity to partner with a wide range of managers, across stages, strategies, and geographies. Now at Integra, I help ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions access top-tier venture opportunities across Israel, EU, US and LatAm, build long-term relationships with GPs, and navigate the nuances of portfolio construction in an ever-changing market. I’m particularly interested in how emerging managers are reshaping the VC model and in backing those who bring fresh perspectives to innovation.

I'm thrilled to join the Kauffman Fellows community to grow alongside and learn from some of the most thoughtful and driven investors in the world. Venture capital is ultimately a relationship driven people business, and I see Kauffman as a rare opportunity to sharpen my judgment, expand my global network, and deepen my understanding of what it means to be not just a capital partner, but a catalytic one. I’m excited to both contribute and be challenged as I take the next step in my investing journey.
