Claire lives in San Francisco with her husband Marc and her three children. Claire enjoys travel, adventure, and nature -- and can be found hiking, skiing, ziplining, paddle boarding, or participating in other fun activities on the weekends! Claire is a theatre buff and attends as many shows as possible in the cities she visits.

Claire is Founder and Executive Chair of Future Family, the largest Fertility Financing company in the U.S. In 2025, Claire and her team, launched Baby or Your Money Back, the first nationwide IVF Insurance program, and received Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2025 award. Prior to Future Family, Claire served as an executive at SolarCity (now TSLA), the largest consumer finance business in the solar industry. Claire has been recognized as a National Science Foundation Fellow and a Kauffman Fellow, and as EY Winning Women Class of 2023, Inc Magazine’s list of Top 100 Female Founders, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen, and one of San Francisco Business Time’s 40 Under 40. Claire holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Finance (MS&E) from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Fellowship

As a member of Class 15, Claire served her fellowship while setting up Sir Richard Branson's Carbon War Room, based in Washington D.C.
