Dylan Ketcham

Dylan holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Elon University, where he currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Doherty Center. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he was a Zell Fellow. Dylan is a native Texan and loves living in Chicago. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, cooking and being a girl dad to his 2 year old daughter.

Dylan Ketcham is a Principal at Moderne Ventures, a Chicago-based strategic venture and growth equity fund.

Prior to Moderne, Dylan spent over a decade in financial services and fintech. Most recently, he was a founding team member and Vice President of the Emerging Fintech investment banking practice at Barclays. In this role, Dylan advised fintech, proptech, and cryptocurrency clients on strategic actions, including M&A and capital raising. His investment banking transaction experience includes over $5B of transaction value, including a role as a lead bookrunner for Silvergate Capital's initial public offering, the first cryptocurrency related offering on a U.S. stock exchange. Preceding Barclays, Dylan worked in investment banking and strategy roles at HSBC and Credit Agricole.
