Dr. Noyman Veksler is a behavioral researcher, investor, and entrepreneur with a deep love for technology and innovation in tech and healthcare. As part of her PhD, she developed a biopsychosocial model of chronic pain, and published and lectured regularly on chronic illness. At LionBird, she invests in the best US focused early-stage technology and scientific-driven startups looking to reset healthcare's relationship with technology. Dr. Noyman Veksler is passionate about using AI and big data to understand human behaviors and finding digital solutions to help users lead a better, healthier, and happier life, manage chronic conditions and improve general well-being. In her personal life, she enjoys Pilates, tennis, writing, and supporting female entrepreneurs in their journey to create kickass companies.

Dr. Gal Noyman Veksler is a Partner at LionBird, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage digital health companies with operations in Israel and the U.S. Founded in 2012 by veteran entrepreneurs and Fortune 100 executives in the software and healthcare industries, LionBird provides capital and assistance to teams on a mission to reset healthcare’s relationship with technology. Dr. Noyman Veksler held multiple entrepreneurship, product, and business development leadership roles. She previously co-founded and served as CEO of NeuroLabs AI, an opioids dependence prevention platform. Prior to joining LionBird, Dr. Noyman-Veksler served as the Vice President of Business Development and Director of Healthcare at a global boutique AI expert firm. Dr. Noyman Veksler holds a Ph.D. in Clinical and Neuro-Psychology in chronic pain (for which she was awarded the national Wolf Scholarship) and has frequently published in top-tier medical journals such as Vaccine and Psychiatry.
