Helen Wong
Helen received degrees from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, and Oxford University. Helen is a native speaker of both Mandarin Chinese and English and is conversant in Japanese.
Helen is a Partner at Qiming Ventures. She is focused on the internet and consumer sectors in China. Helen was ranked among Top 100 VCs in China and Top 25 female VCs in China by Forbes. Previously Helen helped found GGV Capital, and was selected as the first international Kauffman Fellow. Helen's exited deals include Mobike (acquired by Meituan), Lagou (acquired by 51jobs), Ruhnn (Ticker: RUHN), Luojisiwei (audio platform). Helen leads the investments in Kuaicai (online personal finance education leader), Pratilipi (online literature platform in India), Akulaku (SE Asia new finance platform), Jingling (social ecommerce) and Afu (leading essential oils/ skincare brand in China). Helen was an early investor in Tudou (merged with Youku). She was also involved in the investment of Alibaba. A member of KFP Class 8, Helen served her fellowship under mentor Thomas Ng at Granite Global Ventures in Menlo Park, CA.
