Igor Piquet

Originally from Recife, in Brazil’s northeast, Igor holds a degree in Business from UPE and a master’s in Technology Business Management from Descomplica. He has also completed executive programs at Wharton, Harvard, and General Assembly, focused on strategy, venture capital, and innovation.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Igor began working with the Endeavor network at the age of 21 and has since dedicated his career to building high-impact ecosystems across Latin America. He sees himself as a connector — committed to bridging talent, capital, and opportunity across a region historically underserved by venture funding.

He currently lives in São Paulo with his wife, who is expecting their first child. Igor is also an active mentor to emerging tech founders and younger venture capital professionals. In his personal time, he enjoys playing tennis and the drums.

Igor Piquet brings over 15 years of experience in economic development, business strategy, and venture capital across Latin America. He leads Endeavor Catalyst’s efforts in the region, helping position the fund as one of the most active global venture investors in emerging markets.
