Jerry is an individual with a strong penchant for both physical fitness and fashion. He dedicates his free time to pursuing these interests, frequently visiting the CrossFit gym in the early morning hours and indulging in weekend shopping sprees to discover new and exciting brands. Hailing from the culturally rich Bay Area, Jerry is a proud Taiwanese-American currently residing in the vibrant city of New York.

Jerry has undergone a rather unconventional professional transformation from data scientist to venture capitalist. As a Partner at Maveron, a consumer-only venture capital firm known for their focus on seed and series A investments, Jerry specializes in identifying strategic opportunities at the intersection of consumer and culture. His time at Google, where he contributed to the launch and growth of YouTube's inaugural paid subscription services (YouTube Red, YouTube Music, and YouTube TV), further demonstrated his expertise in the realm of consumer-internet businesses.
