JF holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and spent eleven years of his teenage years in the United Kingdom. He maintains an active lifestyle, engaging in various forms of exercise, including CrossFit, Hyrox training, squash, basketball, pickleball and running. Additionally, JF is an avid Texas Hold’em poker player and a passionate collector of watches, sneakers and Maotai.

JF serves as a partner at Grandis Capital, a Hong Kong-based family office managing over USD 2 billion in assets. The firm specializes in private market investments, including venture capital, private equity, and private credit, with a portfolio encompassing both fund investments and direct deals. Grandis Capital has a distinguished track record, with prior investments in leading companies such as ByteDance, Kuaishou, and Meituan, among others.
