Joanna Harries

She earned her Honours BBA and MBA degrees from The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada.

Joanna Harries is Managing Director of Partnerships at Sagard, a global multi-strategy alternative asset manager investing across venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real estate. Her team sits at the intersection of the firm's network and its portfolio, connecting LPs, GPs, portfolio companies, and ecosystem partners in ways that generate both commercial outcomes and strategic value.

Before Sagard, Joanna spent over a decade at Endeavor Global as SVP of Global Expansion and a member of the leadership team, helping scale the organization from 9 to 45 countries across five continents, supporting 2,500 of the world's fastest-growing founders. She helped scale Endeavor Catalyst, now one of the leading emerging-market venture funds globally, with Bending Spoons, ElevenLabs, and Checkout.com in the portfolio.

Her career spans brand management at Unilever, impact investing in Mumbai with Acumen Fund, and 20 years of building at the intersection of entrepreneurship, global markets, and capital. Joanna's a Board Trustee of World Education Services (WES) where she chairs the Investment Committee overseeing $250M in capital, and serves as a Board Member for Endeavor Canada. She holds an Honours BBA and MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

Joanna is a member of Class 17 and served her fellowship at Endeavor Global under the mentorship of Endeavor's President, Fernando Fabre (Class 14), and Matt Harris, a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures.
