Kenneth Tom

Kenneth is a CFA charterholder and got his BSBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University.

Kenneth is a Vice President in the External Investing Group (XIG) at Goldman Sachs and is based in SF. He covers US Venture Capital managers for fund commitments on behalf of discretionary vehicles, advisory accounts, and private placements (funds and coinvest SMAs) and contributes to Buyout and Growth Equity efforts. Prior to that he co-led the US VC Research Team in the SF office of Cambridge Associates, and prior to that he worked in an OCIO capacity for 3 foundations, 3 endowments, and 3 family clients. Prior to rejoining Cambridge Associates in 2016, Kenneth worked at Neuberger Berman in the Investment Strategy Group in New York and transitioned into Wealth Management in San Francisco. 

Kenneth is a member of Class 24, serving his fellowship at Cambridge Associates under the mentorship of Andrea Auerbach, Head of Global Private Investments.
