Konstantin ideated and co-founded several next-gen nonprofits, including the Open Source Endowment Foundation — the world’s first endowment fund dedicated exclusively to sustaining free open-source software. He currently serves as the Chairman of its board.

Beyond his work and philanthropic activities, Konstantin is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast with a love for nature, animals and hiking.

Complementing his investments, Konstantin has also been publishing the ROSS Index, the global quarterly index of the fastest-growing open-source startups since 2020, and leading the development of Runa's internal data platform.
