She leads the firm’s fundraising efforts and investment theses in sectors such as agriculture and climate resilience.
Her career has spanned global financial institutions, sustainable investing platforms, and entrepreneurial fund formation. Prior to Astella, Lina was a Partner at Barn Investimentos and held senior roles at Earth Capital and Merrill Lynch, with a strong focus on integrating ESG principles and institutional rigor into firm-building efforts.
