Lisa Pallweber

Lisa was born and raised in Northern Italy and is currently based in Vienna. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. She is fluent in Italian, German, and English, and conversational in French and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains—hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Lisa manages the Family Office of Austrian angel investor Hansi Hansmann and is responsible for all new investments made by the Hans(wo)men Group. The Group focuses on pre-seed stage opportunities across Europe and currently holds a portfolio of over 50 active companies, with past exits including Runtastic, mySugr, and Busuu.

Her role includes managing the existing portfolio, working closely with founders on strategic topics, and serving on company boards. She also oversees the Group’s fund investments in VC and PE, and occasionally represents the Group on fund advisory boards.

Before joining the Family Office, Lisa held investment roles at Uniqa Ventures and Speedinvest, with a focus on early-stage fintech, insurtech, and healthtech investments.
