Nora AlSarhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Prince Sultan University. She earned her MBA with honors from Alfaisal University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Professional

Nora is the Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC), a government-backed investment firm focused on developing the private capital ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. She leads the firm’s investments in funds and direct investments, and plays a central role in portfolio strategy, governance, and value creation.

Nora serves on multiple advisory and investment committees, including fund LPACs and the investment committee at Bupa Arabia. She is also Vice President of the Saudi Padel Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at the Saudi Pro League.

Prior to joining SVC, Nora worked in Transaction Advisory Services at EY and was part of the founding team at the SME Authority, where she helped build the infrastructure for Saudi Arabia’s VCPE landscape. She was instrumental in the creation of the VCPE Association and in launching SVC.
