Rodrigo is one of the pioneers of venture capital in Brazil, actively investing since 2010. He serves on the board of EVCF ( Emerging VC Fellows)
Rodrigo is managing partner of Upload Venture, an early stage fund he co-founded after leaving Repoint eventures in 2021.
At Redpoint, Rodrigo lead investments in multiple unicorns (Olist, Pismo, Rappi Creditas) and also spearheaded the creation of Cubo, Brazil's largest startup hub.
Prior to Redpoint, Rodrigo co-founded Warehouse investments where he lead the investment in Ifood and also made the direct investment into Frete.com.
Prior to becoming a VC, Rodrigo was a Management consultant at McKinsey.
Rodrigo also runs Brazil's largest VC focused Youtube Channel ( Pergunte ao VC) and educational programs to teach founders about the VC industry ( VC para founders)
