Sarah AlSaleh

Sarah has a Master's degree in International Policy from Stanford University, focusing on Internet and Technology Policy, and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Sarah is an operator turned investor. She joined Outliers after working at startups in MENA and the US, and with experience spanning VC in emerging markets, data products, and tech policy.

Prior to being an investor, Sarah led the Middle East desk analytics and operations at Dataminr, a New York based AI/Fintech unicorn that transforms real-time data into actionable signals. She later joined Wasphi, a MENA data startup, as the first hire where she led product strategy, hiring and business development. Sarah has also served as an analyst at Google and McKinsey&Co. As an investor, Sarah originated and led multi-stage investments at STV, a $500M VC fund in MENA anchored by STC.
