Terry Chou

Terry was born and raised in Hong Kong. She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and their 2 boys. In her free-time, Terry passionately tends to her dying rooftop garden. She holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Terry is a Partner and founding member of Alpha Intelligence Capital (AIC), a deep-tech AI/ML focused VC fund since 2018.  Terry oversees  AIC's APAC region from Singapore, and quarterbacks her European team's dealflow. Terry led AIC’s investments in ReaQta (acquired by IBM in 2021), SenseTime (HKSE: 0020), AI Music (acquired by Apple in 2022), QxBranch (acquired by Rigetti in 2019), Envelop Risk, Osaro, GetVisibility (acquired by Forcepoint in 2025), Pix AI, BentoML, 6sense and Vamstar.  

Prior to AIC, Terry spearheaded technology investments at VMS Investment Group (US$2.0bn+ AUM). She deployed over US$180m investments in technology and health-tech investments, with notable investments such as iQiyi (Nasdaq: IQ), Universal Medical Group Company (2666.HK) and Talkingdata.
