Originally from Tel Aviv, Israel, Tomer earned degrees in both Law and Finance from Reichman University Herzliya Israel. He lives in East London with his wife and two children.

Tomer is a GP at ETF Partners, a London-based VC investing in sustainability. At ETF, Tomer focuses on the intelligence layer of modern infrastructure. Tomer is passionate about working with ‘impact native’ and purpose-driven founders who are building the next generation of climate-positive companies. Tomer has led ETF's investments in Modern Milkman, Net Purpose, Zeelo, Next Sense, and Tomorrow.
Prior to joining ETF Partners Tomer trained as a lawyer at the VC and M&A practice of Shibolet&Co, one of the largest law firms in Israel.
