-For the past seven years, Valentina has been running the venture arm of Social Discovery Group—the third-largest online dating company globally. 

-During this time, she executed three M&A deals in the online dating space, including the acquisitions of Once, Dil Mil, and Cupid Media. 

-Valentina has led over 10 direct investments in companies such as Revolut, Flo Health, and Patreon, as well as more than 36 LP fund investments. These include top-tier firms such as NEA, Khosla Ventures, Blockchain Capital, GP Bullhound, ICG, Bain Capital, Oaktree, and TPG, along with emerging managers like Bling, Dream Machine, and 776 VC.

-Valentina’s current investment focus includes direct investments, acquisitions, and secondary deals in businesses complementary to online dating—such as virtual experiences, digital novels, creative storytelling, AI companions, video and photo generation, chat moderation, virtual influencers, and other human interaction technologies. She is also actively exploring opportunities in the poker and iGaming space.
