Education

Maggie earned an MBA from Wharton, where she studied Finance and Management. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a double major degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies.

Maggie is a frequent speaker, judge, and panelist, and was invited to address organizations across four continents the year prior to the pandemic, with topics ranging from ethics of algorithms to inclusive investing.

She is on the board of the Afghanistan World Foundataion, serves on the Alumni Admission Committee for Wharton, was a Young Fellow for the Observer Research Foundation’s Asian Forum on Global Governance, and lives in New York with her husband and her two children.

Professional

Maggie Sprenger is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Green Cow Venture Capital, where she focuses on the intersection of deep technologies and global, traditional markets. She works closely with GCVC portfolio companies through their community-centric model.

Maggie is also entering her third year as a mentor in the DeepTech cohort of NYU Stern’s Endless Frontier Labs, a nine-month long incubator program. Prior to GCVC, Maggie Co-Founded Cosgrove Capital, focused on repositioning single and multifamily assets. She continues to advise Pontifex Capital, a real estate development firm in the Intermountain West.

Fellowship

As a member of Class 26, Maggie is serving her fellowship at Green Cow Venture Capital under the mentorship of Jennifer Kwon Chou.
