Thomas Terdjman

Thomas Terdjman is a Partner at Tekton Ventures, a global early stage venture fund investing in emerging category leaders globally.
In his role at Tekton Ventures, Thomas has led 35+ startup investments and 15+ fund investments globally. He is particularly interested in mission driven founders leveraging new business models and technologies to reduce inequalities and materially improve the livelihood of populations and the health of the planet
Tekton Ventures is part of a single LP Family Office started by veterans of the VC Industry with decades of experience. Within the family office, Thomas runs the Fund of Funds Program which invests in top decile established and emerging VC managers. He also leads the impact investing initiatives with a specific focus on scalable startups in health, education, financial inclusion and climate tech. Thomas works in parallel at Tsadik Foundation where he supports organisations bringing social justice and providing direct benefits to disadvantaged communities worldwide
Thomas is a firm believer in the power of innovation and technology to drive social value creation and is particularly interested in supporting mission driven founders looking to solve the world's most urgent problems. As an avid believer in Conscious Capitalism, he looks to support initiatives accelerating the transition to a more sustainable and stakeholder oriented society
Prior to joining Tekton Ventures, Thomas was working at Atos in support of the CEO of the consulting division. Within this role, he led the implementation of Pan-European projects and helped with the turnaround of global business units.
Education, Personal, and Fellowship
Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the London School of Economics and a Master in Management from the London Business School.
Thomas has a strong athletic background, having competed professionally as a mixed martial art fighter and having participated twice in the French Golf National Championships
As a member of Class 23, Thomas is serving his fellowship in London under the mentorship of Nikhil Basu Trivedi
