Judah Taub

Hetz Ventures

Judah Taub is co-founder and managing partner at Hetz Ventures. Previously, Judah served as Head of Data for Lansdowne Partners ($20B London-based Hedge Fund), as well as an advisor to multiple young start-ups.

In Israel Defense Forces, he served as an officer in a classified intelligence unit where he engineered a large-scale project that won the IDF 2014 Creativity Award.

He has lectured widely, including throughout the IDF and at Wharton Business School, on time-management and creative thinking, and wrote a book for new IDF soldiers published by Yediot, Israel's leading publisher.

He was elected as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2020.

Education, Personal, and Fellowship

Judah was born in London, England, and moved to Israel at age 1. He served in an Elite Intelligence Unit of the IDF. He studied business and economics at the Interdisciplinary College in Herzliya, Israel where he graduated summa cum laude and on a selective exchange program at Wharton Business School. At the age of 16 Judah invented a Round Sudoku and sold it to Israel's largest newspaper "Israel Today"

As an active member of the Israeli tech community, Judah volunteers at Tech Career, an educational NGO providing Ethiopian-Israelis the opportunity to integrate into Israel's high tech industry.

Judah is a father of 4 based in Jerusalem, Israel, and is an avid reader, especially in the sciences. For fun Judah enjoys deep sea diving and other extreme sports.
