Kirsten joined Kauffman Fellows in September 2011 and leads all aspects of the Program and learning design experience. She's responsible for the overall strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of the curriculum and Fellows' experience, recruitment and engagement of speakers and faculty, event management and logistics, and the development of additional educational product offerings. Kirsten also leads the Kauffman Fellows Curriculum Advisory Board, whose members include subject matter experts in investing acumen and behavioral fitness.
To this role Kirsten brings experience in both the public and private sectors. Previously, she worked in the administrative district office supporting the Superintendent and Board of Trustees for a large public high school district in the Bay Area. Before that, she gained eleven years of experience as part of an executive coaching and management consulting firm. Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kirsten graduated cum laude with a BS in industrial/organizational psychology from California State University, East Bay. Kirsten lives in Bainbridge Island, WA with her husband and young daughter. She has a passion for traveling both locally and internationally, loves to be active outdoors, and enjoys finding new places to enjoy a great meal.
